Positive: The rooms are very big and comfortable and the view from the balcony is great. The bed is also very comfortable. The breakfast was nice but could offer more choice. The staff was kind.

Negative: The property is above a Main Street meaning the noise of the cars is quite loud when sitting on the balcony (the room is well insulated though). The biggest disappointment was the fact that there was no information shared with us that the outside area of the pool is under construction/ not set up yet. The pool was empty and there were no lounge spaces on the outside space at all. The exterior area was a deciding factor to choosing this accommodation and we would have expected to know that such an essential part of the accommodation could not be used at this time of year. It’s completely unacceptable to not offer a heads up to guests about this, especially given how much they use their exterior as a “selling point” on their website and through the pictures.
